Winchester Grove

A multi-phased, mixed-use urban development that repurposes a 100+-year-old apple storage facility and builds on the site’s history.

Bringing modern living, working, and playing to the outskirts of a historic downtown.

Old Town, just down Valley Avenue from Winchester Grove.

Winchester Grove is a multi-phase, seven-building development that will create a charming community and streetscapes on the site of an old apple warehouse and storage facility (the orchard-rich Winchester is known as the “Apple Capital.”) The initial phase will redevelop two historic structures on the property, transforming them into more than 14,000-square-feet of first-floor commercial and retail space, with residential units above. Future phases will add additional apartments, lofts, and commercial spaces. At completion, Winchester Grove will be home to 440 units (single-bedroom lofts to three-bedroom apartments), common spaces, an urban winery and beer garden, and additional amenities — all less than two miles down Valley Avenue from the historic Old Town mall.

Our proposed site plan for Winchester Grove is above. Below, you can view comparison images as well as concept renderings for the apple warehouse atrium.
