From the architecture to the interiors, Bainbridge Midlothian is high-end living. The exterior four-story wood-framed buildings are designed to fit with the area’s aesthetics, while common spaces and homes offer modern designs, bold colors, and amenities aplenty. The community includes a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse with a resort-style pool and indoor/outdoor kitchen and grills, biking, and walking trails. We’ve even included a pickleball court — one of the only apartment communities with such an offering in the Richmond area. This project is a joint venture with Bainbridge Companies.

Bainbridge Midlothian was an underutilized greenfield site, thought to have limited development potential due to wetlands and topography in the heart of a thriving area. With our partners, we created a best-in-class community and preserved streams and wetlands — which provide added privacy and a buffer to the surrounding neighborhood.
